We are looking for a customer-focused Dispatcher who is passionate about delivering absolute customer satisfaction in a fast-paced office environment.

Position Summary

As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be the friendly voice and organizational backbone of our company. You will handle incoming calls, schedule and dispatch service technicians, and provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls efficiently to the appropriate team members
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for HVAC calls
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and customer follow-up
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude in a busy office setting

Required Qualifications

• Impeccable customer service skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of office/administrative experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in a service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical highly preferred )
• Experience with ServiceTitan software
• Previous HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry knowledge
• Energetic personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
