Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist - Large Acute Care Facility

We are actively seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist for a 13+ week assignment at a large 500-bed hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to work in a high-volume inpatient setting with strong clinical exposure and a collaborative healthcare team.
Schedule
- Variable day and afternoon shifts
- 13+ week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medication order verification and ensure safe dispensing practices
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations
- Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams regarding medication therapy
- Support inpatient pharmacy services across multiple hospital units
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
- 2+ years of inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced acute care environment
