Position: FT- Maintenance Technician ($22hr to $25hr)

Location: Bethlehem

Essential Functions of the Maintenance Technician Clinical:

• To complete basic maintenance tasks in the following areas: (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, landscaping, snow removal, and other areas as identified within the scope of VYH property management, moving clients/staff from site to site, flooring, minor HVAC the ability to drive a plow truck in inclement weather (snow).

Minimal Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician:

• Valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of tools and by equipment.
• Never convicted of any child abuse offense.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening pre-employment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision & in a team setting.

Physical Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

• Climbing ladders.
• Lifting and bending over 50lbs.
• Periods of standing.
