You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing system enhancements, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the system administrator for the inventory and purchasing system, overseeing its functionality and performance.
• Establish and maintain a standardized naming convention for the inventory and purchasing system item master.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SOP manual with training guides for users across all departments.
• Collaborate with users to implement and manage order profiles in all functional areas.
• Work closely with Culinary Production to establish and maintain a recipe system.
• Support Food & Beverage management in implementing and managing menu costing and reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison with the current vendor for the inventory purchasing system.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular comparisons between physical inventory counts and system records, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Perform periodic cycle counts and make necessary adjustments as required.
• Investigate inventory irregularities by verifying source documentation.
• Provide inventory-related information to accounting and purchasing departments, including levels, pricing, and turnover.
• Verify and correct receiving, issuing, and transfer documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control.
• Proficiency in inventory and purchasing system applications, with knowledge of Red Rock being advantageous.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Warehouse Operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays, and travel for training as needed.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to push/pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds frequently
