Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Front Office Clerk *: *

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival.

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

• Manage guest complaints and provide solutions.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
