Controls Technician

We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team, where you will be responsible for building electrical control panels for a variety of custom testing equipment across multiple industries.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Properly build and layout custom electrical panels.
• Perform clean and organized point-to-point wiring on control panels.
• Test finished panels to ensure they are operating properly.
• Wire switches, controls, and run conduit (EMT Conduit).
• Utilize a variety of electrical tools including tape measures, hand tools, power tools, and drills.
• Inspect work to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Technician.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with electrical control panel building.
• Familiarity with AC/DC motors and motor control.
• Experience with electrical testing and control systems such as Allen Bradley PLC.
• Ability to perform conduit bending.

• 2+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical or Panel Building.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.

Work in a manufacturing, custom build, production environment that is relatively clean, organized, and temperature controlled. The position is on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime available when approved by the supervisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hatfield,PA.
