Controls Technician
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team, where you will be responsible for building electrical control panels for a variety of custom testing equipment across multiple industries.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Properly build and layout custom electrical panels.
- Perform clean and organized point-to-point wiring on control panels.
- Test finished panels to ensure they are operating properly.
- Wire switches, controls, and run conduit (EMT Conduit).
- Utilize a variety of electrical tools including tape measures, hand tools, power tools, and drills.
- Inspect work to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
- Experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Technician.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with electrical control panel building.
- Familiarity with AC/DC motors and motor control.
- Experience with electrical testing and control systems such as Allen Bradley PLC.
- Ability to perform conduit bending.
- 2+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical or Panel Building.
- Proficient use of hand and power tools.

Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturing, custom build, production environment that is relatively clean, organized, and temperature controlled. The position is on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime available when approved by the supervisor.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
