Dental Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in dental practice management software like Dentrix, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for patients and clinical staff members.
- Actively participate in filling your hygiene teams schedule.
- Verify patient insurance information.
- Accept patient payments and credit accounts.
- Ensure the front desk and reception areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
