About the role

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is coming to the US, and JustPark is in the middle of it. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to support our analytics and operations initiatives across all 104 World Cup games — from data tracking and reporting to real-time event-day support from our JustPark office, giving you front-row experience at one of the largest sporting events in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day analytics and operations for JustPark’s World Cup program, spanning all 104 tournament matches
• Build, maintain, and update Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards to monitor parking volumes, revenue, and operational performance in real time
• Pull and organize data from internal systems before, during, and after each match day to support post-event reporting and trend analysis
• Coordinate with the operations team on logistics preparation leading up to game days, including data validation and communications support
• Be present on-site at some matches, providing live data support and operational coverage; hours will include evenings, weekends, and the July 4th Round of 16
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, presentation prep, and documentation throughout the internship (mid-May through mid-August)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Sports Management, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with World Cup match schedules
• Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA; this is a fully on-site role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data streams under time pressure on match days
• Clear communicator who can flag issues quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Prior experience with sports, events, or hospitality operations is a plus but not required
