Attorney-Employment and Labor Partner

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Employment and Labor partner to join us in our Philadelphia offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, strategic thinking abilities, prior experience in Employment and Labor law, be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and have a portable book of business.
