Sales Engineer

We do not consider C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or 1099 contract arrangements. As a Sales Engineer with DSA, you will become a trusted automation consultant for your clients. You will experience project diversity and help customers design effective solutions through integrated systems:
- IIOT and data acquisition
- Instrumentation and automated test equipment
- Process controls, quality inspection, and motion control
- Vision systems and robotics
- Machine design and build
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Real‑time visualization and advanced analytics
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and collaborate closely with our engineering team to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts through professional consultative selling
- Accurately price projects while identifying technical and financial risks
- Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records of prospects and project leads
- Deliver compelling presentations and guide clients through complex technical decisions
- B.S. in Engineering or Science preferred
- 0–5 years’ experience, preferably in technical sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas
- Comfortable presenting, advising, and building long‑term customer relationships
- Motivated, organized, and energized by challenging, innovative work
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites (up to 30% annually)
