Practice Overview

• You'll join a collaborative outpatient mental health team of psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and case managers
• 100% outpatient setting treating children, teens, and adults with mild to moderate conditions
• Common diagnoses include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and ADHD
• No call responsibilities, hospital coverage, or after-hours duties

Schedule

• Two 8-hour clinic days per week (1 day each in Washington and Uniontown clinics)
• Flexible weekday schedule; choose the two days that work best for you
• Steady mix of 60-minute new evaluations and 15-minute medication follow-ups
• Patient volume of 10-12 per day once ramped

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate of $1,577 per 8-hour shift
• Option to be employed or work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Employed model includes malpractice coverage and generous signing bonus
• Fully integrated Athena EMR for streamlined documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Comfortable managing common outpatient psychiatric conditions across age groups
• Interest in outpatient continuity care; no procedural work or inpatient rounding
• Open to either employed or independent contractor models
