Havertown, PA 19083 High-Production Sales Role | Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) George Wernery State Farm is hiring a driven, sales-focused Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on prospecting, closing, and building long-term client relationships. This is not a passive service role this is a performance-based sales position designed for someone who wants to control their income through production. We are seeking a licensed insurance professional who is confident leading sales conversations, skilled at overcoming objections, and motivated to consistently exceed goals. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to serve and grow our diverse community. State Farm experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who understand State Farm systems, quoting platforms, and production expectations will have a strong advantage. What Youll Do
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community networking
- Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and position strong solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and follow-up system to maximize close ratio
- Cross-sell and deepen relationships within the book when opportunities arise
- Track daily sales activity and production metrics to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Represent the agency professionally in the community and marketplace
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to win
- Proven production track record in insurance or a related sales field
- Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up
- State Farm experience preferred but not required
- Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
