Office Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events- Provide administrative support to staff members- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assistance to Accounts and Executive Department.- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and order entry- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles.- Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor- Knowledge of dental office procedures or medical receptionist experience is a plus

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.
