JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct follow-up calls to customers after a sale to review and discuss the various benefits and options available
• Review and sell Foley CSA options available post-sale as well as warranty upgrades, if applicable.
• Instruct the customer in the usage & benefits of their complimentary oil sample kit.
• Quote / Sell Extended EPP Coverage to add additional warranty to asset.
• Monitor Customer owned equipment via Visionlink for Fault Codes and Hours reaching PM.
• Contact customer when fault codes are active to notify customer of concern and offer field / shop service, contact customer about approaching PM for filter needs or service customer would like performed by the dealer.
• This role is eligible to earn commission.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
