Client Relationship Specialist 2

Guyasuta Investments Advisors, Inc. is a privately held, independent SEC registered investment advisory firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Since 1983, we have provided comprehensive fee-only investment and wealth management services to individuals, high net-worth individuals, corporate, government and eleemosynary organizations.

Responsibilities Guyasuta is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS). The CRS will work directly with a senior partner, maintaining superior client service standards through a combination of supporting pro-active client engagement and effectively responding to inbound client service requests. Responsibilities will include: responding to and completing client service requests, completing forms for account opening and administration, money movement, completion of Required Minimum Distributions, scheduling and preparing materials for client and prospect meetings, documenting outcomes of meetings in our CRM and trading systems, net income calculations for trust distributions, implementing charitable giving and gifting strategies, and assisting with the firm’s quarterly reporting process.

Attributes of a Qualified Candidate

· Knowledge of investment advisory business including the fundamentals of investment taxation and compliance principles

· Desire to be part of a client service focused, in-office culture

· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good judgement

· Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

· Flexible attitude and ability to meet deadlines

· Experience with portfolio reporting systems, custodial client service platforms, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (Tamarac preferred but not required)

· Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Attainment of the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree or higher

· A minimum of years three of experience in the investment advisory business

· Willingness and ability to obtain a Series 65 license is a plus
