Project Manager
Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the modernization of the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP). This role is responsible for leading assigned workstreams, collaborating with VA partners, and ensuring effective execution of program initiatives that support critical benefits programs for Veterans’ families within a highly regulated federal environment.
Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, milestones, and cross functional work activities.
- Maintain proactive communication with federal stakeholders and internal teams.
- Identify delivery risks early and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and audit ready.
- Support program level reporting and governance meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in MS Project and schedule management
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
