The Customer Success organization is seeking a highly skilled, AI-driven automation leader to support a large network of experts and operational teams. This role sits at the center of the company's automation strategy, using advanced AI and process transformation to improve workflows, enhance user experiences, and drive operational efficiency.
You will work across a mix of home-grown platforms and enterprise systems to identify high-impact automation opportunities and partner with developers to deliver scalable, intelligent automation solutions.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Observe workflows across the expert network to identify friction points and process variability.

Map current-state processes and highlight inefficiencies, disconnects, and automation potential.

Apply BPR, Lean, and Continuous Improvement to design future-state workflows that reduce waste and elevate productivity.

Mine automation opportunities across Tableau, Google Workspace, QlikSense, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.

Evaluate and prioritize automation use cases with a data-driven approach aligned to strategic priorities.

Champion an automation-first approach using Python, UI Path RPA, Workato, and GenAI-enabled tools.

Promote self-service automation by enabling teams to become Workato-certified and build integrations.

Translate opportunities into business cases, process flows, user stories, and functional requirements.

Partner with developers, architects, and platform owners to design, build, test, and deliver scalable automations.

Lead UAT planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope, communications, risk management, and launch readiness.

Drive change management to ensure adoption of new workflows and automated solutions.

Educate teams on identifying automation candidates and reinforce best practices.

5-10 years identifying automation opportunities and writing requirements using Python-based automation, UI Path RPA, Workato or similar platforms, and enterprise automation frameworks.

Practical experience deploying GenAI-enabled automation solutions and knowledge of platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

5-10 years applying BPR, Lean, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to create clear current-to-future state process maps and translate insights into structured requirements.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce automations, Tableau, QlikSense, Google Workspace, and related ecosystems.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and gSuite for documentation and work management.

Systemic thinker with end-to-end mindset and experience navigating cross-functional teams and complex business systems.

Exceptional communication skills across executives, frontline teams, and partner organizations.

Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Training or certification in RPA or automation for analyst or process-oriented roles (preferred).
