CNC Nester and Programmer | Manufacturing

Core Responsibilities

• Advanced Nesting: Utilize specialized software to arrange parts on raw material sheets to minimize waste and maximize production yield.

• Technical Programming: Create and refine CNC programs and toolpaths to ensure precision cutting and forming.

• CAD Design: Use AutoCAD to review, edit, and prepare technical drawings and blueprints for the nesting process.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot programming issues and improve machine cycle times.

• Quality Oversight: Ensure all nested layouts meet strict client specifications and structural integrity requirements.
