Job Summary

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory. This role ensures accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of inventory control processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all brewing materials, supplies, and finished products. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Oversee the proper storage and handling of all inventory items, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with WHMTP to get materials and supplies to WHLAT. Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary to prevent shortages, and lines stopping.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve inventory processes.
• Work closely with packaging to ensure timely and efficient production and distribution of products.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product gets put on hold.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory management.
• Train and supervise inventory staff, coordinators providing guidance and support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing or material handling environment.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.
• Team oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, accurate decisions.
