- Strategic Sourcing: Manage the RFQ process by soliciting supplier quotes and identifying cost-effective vendors to support regional sales and project requirements.
- Cost Management: Analyze historical data and manufacturing inputs to build accurate cost estimates and negotiate pricing to maximize profit margins.
- Technical Procurement: Interpret customer requirements for equipment upgrades and translate them into technical specifications for supplier purchase orders.
- ERP Administration: Execute the full procurement lifecycle in the ERP system, ensuring seamless data flow between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Supplier Relations: Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, coordinating site visits and generating progress reports on open orders.
- Operational Excellence: Meet business KPIs related to procurement lead times, supplier on-time delivery, and overall supply chain profitability.
- Expediting: Proactively resolve supply chain bottlenecks by working with production and logistics to accelerate high-priority deliveries.
