Job Title: Flagger
Pay Rate: $16.50+/hr (Increases every 6 months)
Responsibilities
- Safely direct traffic around utility work zones using hand signals, signs, and communication devices.
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment including cones, signage, and barricades.
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust controls to maintain safety and minimize disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public to provide clear instructions and updates.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours DAILY
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment
- ALL candidates must be willing to work in the outdoors, taking into consideration all weather conditions and standing for at least 8 hours/ day with minimal breaks.
- Employees will be flagging for utility work zones, including streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way. You will be exposed to traffic, noise, and varying weather conditions.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the the jobsite locations, which can be up to an hour from their home location.
This is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.

Scheduled Pay Increases: Earn a $0.50 raise every six months, recognizing your dedication and reliability.
