General Assembler 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow written procedures and SOPs to assemble electronic components and medical devices
- Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers) and basic measurement tools accurately
- Operate within defined workflows, adhering to quality specifications
- Collaborate effectively in a team-based production setting
- Rotate between various tasks as needed to support production demands
- Maintain attention to detail and consistency in assembly quality
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, team leads, and supervisors
Experience Required
- 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing or electrical/electronic assembly
- Exposure to using hand tools and following assembly instructions preferred
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to follow written directions and specifications.
- Effective verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Manual dexterity and familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.
- Willingness to adapt to varied tasks.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role.
