Vehicle Sales Coordinator

The main objective of this role is to take on customer accounts and communications after equipment has been purchased with one of our sales representatives.

Day to Day:

• Invoicing and document completion, confirming with field locations that vehicles are ready for pickup, collecting payments and providing customer assistance
• Obtaining signed documents from customer
• Entering sales related information into SalesForce.com and Fleetnet system
• Answering customer and associate phone calls that come into the department
• Updating Microsoft Access and excel spreadsheets for report generation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed requires strong organizational abilities
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with customers, sales reps, and field locations
• Time Management: Balancing various responsibilities and meeting deadlines demands good time management skills
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software is important for maintaining records and generating reports
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in invoicing and document completion is vital
• Adaptability: Being able to handle a high workload and adapt to changing priorities is necessary

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
