Assistant Landscape Account Manager
MMC Land Management is a family-owned commercial land management company with a strong presence in Gibsonia, PA, and additional locations in Mars, Robinson, and the Meadowlands areas. The Assistant Landscape Account Manager will play a key role in supporting account and operations managers, assisting with client proposals, and helping to oversee commercial landscape maintenance projects. Responsibilities
- Measure properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests.
- Create and present proposals to clients, ensuring their needs and specifications are met.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities by recommending landscape enhancements and additional services.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, concerns, and service updates.
- Support snow removal operations during the winter season as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
- Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.
- Strong client-service skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Desire to learn and grow within the position, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to participate in snow removal activities during winter months.
