Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting tile, cabinetry, and kitchen materials
• Design kitchen layouts using 20/20 Kitchen Design software
• Generate quotes, proposals, and sales orders
• Manage projects from initial consultation through final delivery
• Work directly with contractors, designers, and homeowners
• Understand project scope, measurements, and installation requirements
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer understanding
• Manage cash register operations, including cash management, balancing tills, and performing basic math calculations for transactions
• Support loan processing or financial service inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to create an inviting shopping environment
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary

Requirements

• Prior sales experience required (tile, kitchen, cabinetry, or related industry strongly preferred)
• Experience using 20/20 Kitchen Design software (required)
• Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and tile products
• Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Experience working with contractors and construction professionals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required)

• Background in interior design or construction
• Bilingual (especially Russian or Spanish – helpful but not required)
• Existing network of contractors or designers
