Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently

* Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly

* Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing)

* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed

* Keep accurate records of production, film usage, and quality checks

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

* Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines

* Train new operators as needed

Requirements:

* Ability to for Friday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM

* Basic reading, writing, and math skills

* Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel

* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to obtain a forklift license (training provided)

* Basic computer skills for simple data entry

* Knowledge of packaging machine equipment (preferred, but training available)

* Strong teamwork and communication skills
