Administrative Assistant to the Clinical Director

Job Type: Part-time 15 Hours
Hours per week: 9:00am - 5:00pm Days Flexible
Position available for a local Personal/Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate MUST be extremely tech savvy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, emails, everything. have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle, local verifiable references, and be completely computer literate in Word, Excel, and willing to learn to use other applications to complete tasks. The individual we are seeking is very trustworthy, has strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, a completely positive attitude, and an uncompromising professional demeanor. A kind and Polished Professional in every sense. The successful candidate will pass a complete police background check. Room to grow and expand the position.
Ideal candidate will be a quick study, and pick up on materials and needs with little effort. This is a perfect position for a graduate student, any major.
Duties include the following:
Answering and sending emails to clinicians
Scheduling meetings for clinicians and practice administration (In-person and Zoom)
Be willing to travel between our two office locations.
Entering data into our practice management system
Filing, copying, and assorted office tasks according to skills.
Completing assorted tasks to support office administration.
