What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume customer service role
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Professionalism: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical skills: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

Work Details

• Shift: Daytime, Monday–Friday (no weekends or late nights)
• Location: In person
• Requirements: Background check, drug screening, and reference verification
