Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Workstations & Macs

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Capitol Area)

Employment Type: Contract

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, half-hour working lunch

Job Overview:

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking IT Support Specialist for an exciting job in Harrisburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incident queues, take ownership, and assist end users as needed

• Maintain and update support tickets with detailed documentation

• Provide documentation for issue resolutions to other teams

• Monitor and report PC issues; escalate as needed

• Collaborate with other teams, including SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk

• Deploy and support PCs, laptops, and Macs in a large enterprise environment

• Maintain PC images, manage profiles and certificates, and troubleshoot GPOs and network name resolution

• Repair PCs and peripherals as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years supporting PCs in large enterprise environments (1,000+ devices)

• 3+ years deploying, configuring, and repairing PCs and peripherals

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS devices

• 3+ years knowledge of Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting

• 3+ years experience with security, disk encryption, and antivirus solutions

• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Office 365 across Windows and macOS

• 2+ years using remote tools such as SCCM Remote, RDP, or ARD

• 1+ year integrating macOS systems into Active Directory environments

Highly Desired Skills:

• Scripting with PowerShell or VBS

• SCCM OSD Task Sequences and image deployment optimization

• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP)

• Configuration Management Console queries and reporting

• Microsoft Certifications
