What You'll Do
This is a retail-based solar sales role.
Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations Educate homeowners on how solar reduces energy costs and adds long-term home value Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions Build rapport and trust with customers in a retail environment Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence
Who We're Looking For
We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
Motivated, goal-oriented individuals Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting No experience required. Full training provided Previous sales or solar experience is a plus
