Administrative Specialist I (FCA)

An Administrative specialist position is available for Adelphoi's Foster Care in Washington PA. Adelphoi has been making a difference in children's lives for over 50 years!

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Type confidential information, proofread, and mail reports and correspondences
- Answer and direct calls along with assisting customers, employees, and families
- Maintain, manage, coordinate client and family files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Sort and distribute mail
- Assist with projects for the teams
- Complete required reports in a timely manner
Education and Experience: High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses. Experience in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, etc.
