Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the dept.
• Ensure you are wearing proper personal protective equipment.
• Be sure you are following proper lifting procedures.
• Employees must work and act safely at all times and must accept equal responsibility for
  their personal safety and that of their co-workers.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a high reach truck/stand up forklift.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Ensuring timely and efficient throughput of products
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being met.
• Reporting any deficiencies in selecting processes and suggesting new alternatives/methods
  to improve these processes.
• Ensure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followed.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous experience on a high reach truck.
• Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment
• Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment.
