Position Overview

Green Key Resources is seeking a Sales & Marketing Recruiter to join our Pittsburgh office. This is a full‑cycle recruiting role with a blend of account management and candidate development, supporting hiring needs across sales (SDR → Director/VP) and marketing (digital, brand, content, demand gen) roles. You’ll work across multiple industries including technology, insurance, legal, and professional services.

We’re looking for someone who is financially motivated, relationship‑driven, and excited to grow within a high‑performing GTM recruiting division.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and cold‑call candidates for sales and marketing roles
• Build and maintain strong pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Review and parse sales and marketing resumes to match client needs
• Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive talent
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends and talent availability
• Balance client expectations with a strong candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and meet hiring goals
• Support both candidate delivery and client relationship management

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment or sales
• Strong understanding of sales and/or marketing roles and industry terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Must reside in Pittsburgh and be comfortable commuting 4 days per week.
