Job Title: Concrete Construction Worker

Responsibilities

• Build and set forms for commercial concrete flatwork projects.
• Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality concrete placement.
• Lead a crew performing commercial concrete flatwork.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial concrete flatwork.
• Proven ability to lead small crews and delegate tasks.
• Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure and carpentry skills.
• Ability to handle materials and perform loading tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
