Seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience. We work with an open door policy, and offer support.

You will work personal injury/medical malpractice cases.

This position will require good communication skills as you will be in contact with clients, doctors, insurance companies, and attorneys via phone and email.

Seeking a candidate who has litigation experience and is barred in PA; barred in both PA and NJ is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Intake: Manage case after initial setup through litigation.
• Pleadings & Filings: Drafting and filing lawsuits, motions, and legal documents.
• Active Litigation: Handling discovery, attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings across.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining professional and empathetic contact with clients, while negotiating and coordinating with medical professionals, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel via phone and email.
• Administrative Oversight: Completion of essential insurance forms and other duties as required to move cases toward resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of active litigation experience, specifically within personal injury or medical malpractice.
• Licensure: * Required: Active Bar admission in Pennsylvania .
• • Preferred: Dual Bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey .
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case files independently.
