Every other Sunday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM is a guaranteed shift. Additional shifts will be scheduled based on operational needs, such as covering for vacations or unexpected absences.

We are looking for a friendly and helpful receptionist with integrity and attention to detail to provide support at the reception area located at Grace Rehabilitation and Health Center.

Job Summary:

The receptionist greets and provides support and direction to residents, staff and visitors, manages incoming phone calls, and responds in a professional manner at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answer telephones and direct calls to correct areas in a timely manner.
2. Update the daily census, transactions and phone directory.
3. Greet and screen residents as well as families and the public.
4. Make announcements. Sort and forward mail.
5. Participates in resident safety at all times.
6. Establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships with residents and families assuring confidentiality of resident information.
7. Be flexible to work different shifts and fill in when needed.
8. Follow the disaster plan and fire procedures as provided.
