Electrical Assembler Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $47,840.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and assembly techniques.

• Perform tasks on a variety of wires and multi-conductor cables such as cutting, sleeving, terminating, soldering, crimping. and labeling.
• Install electrical wiring and assemble components in conveyor equipment according to blueprints.
• Perform trouble-shooting tasks as required. • Cut and route wires to various circuits.
• Use correct hand/power tools typical in the manufacturing of conveyance equipment.
• Arrange work area and strategize layout accordingly to insure an expedited assembly process.
• Testing of components and assemblies, as well as self-monitoring work to maintain quality standards.

Electrical Assembler Qualifications:

• Prior conveyor and/or electrical assembly experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with layout, assembly, wiring and testing of electrical control panels
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Experience reading, understanding and assembling from prints and schematics.
• Motivated by a results/dead-line oriented environment.
• Safety conscious.
• Comfortability with both electrical and mechanical assembly
