At Stratigos Banquet Centre, we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team at Western Pennsylvania's premier banquet venue. Located in North Huntingdon and our second location The James Room in Irwin, our modern facility is the go-to destination for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and off-site catering. With over 65 years of experience, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and creative, customized menus.

Job Requirements:

• Experience : Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical Stamina : Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team Player : Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to follow recipes and ensure food is prepared and presented according to our high standards.
• Time Management : Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing time effectively to meet service demands.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness : Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Flexibility : Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on event schedules.
• Communication : Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with other kitchen staff.
• Positive Attitude : Enthusiastic and professional attitude toward providing excellent service.
