PCA Needed for Upcoming School Year! Classroom Setting/Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential 1:1 care to students in a classroom setting. This full-time role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual support and personal care to students, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and educational tasks.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment that fosters learning and development.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure that students' needs are met effectively.
- Document and communicate any changes in students' conditions or needs to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday during the school year.
- Daytime hours.
