Job Description:
We are seeking a Communications Specialist/Advisor to support the Senior Manager of Communications in executing customer- and stakeholder-facing communications. This role is highly execution-focused with an emphasis on drafting, coordinating, and delivering clear, timely, and accurate messaging. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience working with executives, and the ability to translate complex technical language into accessible content. For the right candidate, this role may transition into a full-time position in 2026.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Draft and deliver customer and stakeholder communications (emails, FAQs, talking points, intranet/web updates).

• Support execution of commercial communications tied to business priorities.

• Manage communication timelines, version control, approvals, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure message accuracy and alignment.

• Track and report on communication effectiveness.

• Leverage AI tools where appropriate for drafting, editing, or analytics.

Must Haves:

• 4–7 years of relevant communications experience, ideally in commercial or customer communications .

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Experience drafting messaging for executives, stakeholders, or customers.

• Organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and email campaign tools .

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in life sciences or a highly regulated industry.

• Comfort with AI tools for drafting, optimization, or analytics.

• Experience supporting transformation or change management initiatives.
