Job Summary

GenAI model focused on agronomic and product information. The role centers on data preparation, ingestion, management, automation, and quality assurance to ensure reliable and compliant model performance. This position works closely with internal teams to strengthen the data foundation, support system validation, and enable responsible AI use. The specialist also helps build internal trust and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, format, and ingest agronomic and product content in accordance with established standards.
- Expand and maintain the data foundation by integrating new and relevant datasets into the system.
- Organize, manage, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain automation processes to improve efficiency and consistency in data handling.
- Lead data quality assurance initiatives, including the creation of Q&A pairs for validation and benchmarking.
- Design and execute test cycles to evaluate model behavior and support continuous improvement.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to enable effective use of the E.L.Y. platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support responsible adoption and alignment with business objectives.
- Support local innovation initiatives by helping teams leverage GenAI capabilities for tailored use cases.
- Ensure global consistency of data practices and promote shared learnings across regions.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in agronomic systems, product data management, or technical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-regional environments while maintaining governance and compliance.
- Strong understanding of crop systems, agronomic data, product information, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with GenAI tools, data ingestion workflows, and applied data usage for model enhancement.
- Expertise in data organization, quality management, and automation processes.
- Strong communication skills with experience leading training and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across IT, legal, commercial, and technical teams.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in agriculture, data management, information systems, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- Work Schedule: 9 :00 AM
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $34.89 to $42.89 per hour based on qualifications.
