Warehouse Operations Operator 1

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform activities related to the receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, and control of materials and waste.
• Operate equipment or machinery when necessary.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer needs in a team environment.
• Prepare and maintain various records and documentation.
• Document raw material inventories accurately.
• Foster continuous improvement in training and team performance.
• Integrate quality systems into all functional activities.
• Maintain inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing.
• Manage storeroom functions and inventory control.
• Support and comply with training/licensing requirements of regulatory programs, if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• Entry-level to moderate experience acceptable.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (MRP) and related transactional data is preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Basic PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of data collection devices.
• Adequate math and measurement skills.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend specifications and procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and facility equipment.
• Attention to documentation accuracy and detail.
• Strong motivation and team collaboration skills.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass training or licensing programs related to warehouse operations (if applicable).
• Willingness and ability to develop new skills at an acceptable pace.
• Capable of maintaining appropriate documentation for product movement.
