Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring our brand to life through visually appealing graphics. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and social media teams to develop and execute designs that align with our brand identity and attract our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visually appealing graphics for various marketing and promotional materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and print materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand message.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely and accurate production of materials.

Assist in the development and maintenance of our brand image and identity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
