Sales Operations
  • Develop and implement scalable sales operations processes to support the commercial team.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and actionable insights.
  • Lead data analytics efforts to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and track quotas, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Help implement scalable processes for territory management, incentive tracking, and sales enablement.
Customer & Sales Support
  • Establish and optimize a customer support framework to provide best-in-class service.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to provide sales onboarding and support, ensuring seamless interactions between internal teams and customers.
  • Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and product teams to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
Order Management
  • Own the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, validation, fulfillment, coordination, and tracking.
  • Partner with finance to track and analyze invoicing, revenue performance, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with operations and manufacturing to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Attract, train, mentor and retain marketing talent that will achieve the objectives of the department.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales operations, customer success, or commercial leadership roles within medical devices or life sciences.
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams, processes, and systems in a growth-stage company.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms (list specific, if applicable) and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with sales compensation models.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, develop insights, and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
