We are seeking a Window Treatment Installation Expert to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced, challenging environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. We will provide on the job training for the right candidate, and this role has the potential to turn into a multi-faceted installation and warehouse position. We also provide all tools and a company vehicle to drive to and from jobs! If you have experience in contracting or installation and a lot of drive, Budget Blinds is the team for you. **MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Perform window treatment installation and repairs
• Communicate with customers to confirm installation schedule
• Receive customer payments and maintain proper paperwork
• Perform measurements when needed
• Load install van and keep clean, inside & out
• Maintain clean working space in customers’ homes and warehouse
• Help office staff to organize installation products
• Organize warehouse tools and supplies
• Ensure all tools are in good working order
• Other Duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must Have :

• Must have valid driver’s license
• High school education or equivalent
• Professional appearance
• Familiarity with installation tools and basic carpentry skills
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills with customers and employees
• Punctuality and excellent attendance
• Ability to lift 50-pound boxes
• Able to work on ladder up to 24 feet
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Excellent time management skills
