Join Our Team as a Dishwasher/Busser at Our Cozy Coffee Shop!

Are you someone who enjoys working in a warm and welcoming environment? Nestled in the woods of Mount Gretna, our charming coffee shop is a local favorite, serving specialty coffee drinks, fresh pastries, and delicious food daily from 7 AM to 8 PM. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher/Busser, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Bussing tables and assisting with clearing and resetting dining areas.
• Delivering prepared food to customers (food runner)
• Maintaining a clean and organized working environment, including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the team and provide excellent service.
• Flexibly stepping in where needed to ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Must be at least 14 years old
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• A team-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt to various tasks as needed.
