We are a growing electrical contractor specializing in residential new construction and residential remodels, as well as commercial new construction, commercial remodels, and select prevailing wage projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with electrical installations on residential and commercial job sites
- Work on new construction and remodel projects
- Install building wire and pull conductors
- Install conduit (EMT, PVC, and flexible conduit as applicable)
- Install device boxes, junction boxes, and enclosures
- Install electrical devices and fixtures
- Assist with installation of lighting systems and lighting controls
- Assist with installation of fire alarm systems and control systems
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Follow plans, layouts, and direction from lead electricians
- Work independently when required and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Take direction from supervisors and, as experience grows, help manage workflow and assist in leading a small team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Learn electrical codes, safety practices, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- No experience necessary — willing to train the right person; prior experience is a bonus and will be paid accordingly
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to work in residential and commercial construction environments
- Valid driver’s license required
