Are you a seasoned clinical RN professional with a passion for long-term care and a talent for supporting teams across multiple locations? Valley West is seeking a Regional Clinical Support Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare family. This is a pivotal, multi-site role that ensures consistent, high-quality care across our skilled nursing facilities while supporting our facility leadership in meeting clinical and regulatory standards.

• Provide on-site clinical support and guidance to nursing and interdisciplinary teams across assigned Valley West SNFs.

• Assist with clinical audits, quality assurance initiatives , and compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health (PA DOH) regulations.

• Collaborate with facility administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership to improve clinical processes , reduce risks, and enhance resident outcomes.

• Support facilities during surveys , transitions, staff development, and performance improvement planning.

• Promote best practices in nursing care , documentation, and regulatory compliance through coaching, training, and hands-on support.

• Participate in policy reviews and updates to ensure alignment with state and federal regulations.

• Travel routinely to assigned locations to provide consistent regional support.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience in a leadership or support role

• Strong knowledge of PA DOH regulations , survey readiness, and clinical quality standards

• Ability to travel regularly within Pennsylvania to Valley West facilities

• A collaborative spirit, professional communication style, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
