Senior Director, Quality department- CAPS
Central Admixture Pharmacy Services (CAPS), a national leader in the provision of sterile compounded preparations, seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Director for our Quality Department. This leadership role is pivotal in steering CAPSs quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical and compounding safety in alignment with FDA regulations and industry benchmarks. The Senior Director will oversee strategic implementation of quality systems, manage departmental functions, and lead quality improvements to optimize outcomes and compliance. This role requires exceptional expertise in sterile compounding, an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, and proven leadership in a highly regulated environment.
