Human Resource (HR)
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support staff growth and professional development.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative role in a longterm care preferred.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
